Sabrina Lyria Pereira, my new granddaughter, born this evening to my daughter Veronica and her husband Cristiano. Everyone doing very well, and I’m sipping Talisker. :)

    Thom, congrats to you and yours! I also gather that your daughter proudly calls herself Veronica now. I remember as a kid in high skool [sic] she was not so fond of the moniker. Glad she grew into it as I always liked that name.

    Hey, thanks Mike, great to hear from you. Well, Veronica is her first name, but we all still call her Nicki, as do her husband and all her friends, and she herself does. I hope all’s well with you.
