L-R: Les Daniels, F. Paul Wilson, Peter Straub, me, David Morrell and Phil Nutman.

I'll be in Baltimore this weekend (Jan 20-22) as a participating author at the annual Borderlands Bootcamp at the Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards. The Bootcamp is an intensive writing workshop. I'll be working with a group of new and developing writers, specifically with regard to issues of character and point-of-view in the novel.
Someone has written an article about me for Wikipedia, the online encyclopedia. Whoever you are, thank you very much. If you see this, please do get in touch.
Corrections: My three poetry collections are HOW WE DIED (1970, New Writers Press, Dublin), IN SIGHT OF CHAOS (1971, Turret Books, London) and ABANDONED HOMES (1971, Gallery Press, Dublin).
Cyrus Nowrasteh and New Path Pictures have taken a new option on the movie and television rights to my novel, THE NIGHTWALKER. I'm very happy and fortunate to have someone of his talent and experience working to turn one of my books into a good movie.
Cyrus wrote and directed the acclaimed 2001 Showtime original movie, THE DAY REAGAN WAS SHOT, starring Richard Dreyfuss and Richard Crenna. He also wrote another well-received Showtime original, 10,000 BLACK MEN NAMED GEORGE (2002), and he co-wrote last year's Steven Spielberg epic miniseries, INTO THE WEST, which was broadcast on TNT.
Most recently, Cyrus wrote and produced UNTITLED HISTORY PROJECT (final title pending), an ambitious miniseries that ranges from the first World Trade Center bombing in 1993 to the attacks of 9/11. It is currently in post-production and is scheduled to air on ABC TV this May. I will post more information about this as it becomes available.
